GFRP Navigation Buoy The body of this buoy is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)with a isophthalic NPG gel coat exterier and unsaturated polyester resin interier. And the buoy is enhanced by a steel skeleton. All materials employed are highly resistant to severe marine environmental conditions.
Polyurethane Navigation Buoy This navigationa buoy is moulded from polyurethane elastomer with high-quality fluorocarbon materials exterior. The buoy is enhanced by internal stainless steel skeletons. All materials employed are highly resistant to severe marine environmental conditions.

The buoy is filled with closed-cell flexible foam, which will prevent the ingress of moisture in the unlikely event of damage. The lightweight buoy is capable of supporting substantial loads. The buoy is designed to provide an excellent buoyancy. Marking panelings are filled to the outside of the tower section to create a large colored visual area for navaid recognition. A large counterweight offers exceptional stability in a variety of exposed regions.

GFRP beacons are made of fiber glass reinforced plastic with an isophthalic NPC gel coat exterior and unsaturated polyester interior, and enhanced by cage-shaped steel skeleton, which is special designed for waterproof. Polyurethane skin beacons consist of several segments which are made of steel, and spayed polyurethane both inside and outside of the body after being blasted. All the beacons are of modular construction for easy installation.

The steel navigation buoys are welded by high-quality ship steel plates and equipped with 3-5 independent sealed compartments.

GFRP and polyurethane navigation buoys are enhanced by a stainless steel skeleton, and filled with close-cell foam. Colors are in accordance with IALA for excellent visual effect. Different shapes of top mark, and visible range of lanterns can be supplied for practical use.

PE navigation buoys consist of 4-6 divided modular floats, which rotational moulding from pure Polyethylene material, and filled with PU or EPS foam. Stainless steel skeleton connects with floats and upper supporting framework, and equipped with mooring rings and counterweight.

The mooring buoys are used for typhoon resistance mooring anchorage mooring. Polyurethane Mooring Buoy is filled with water-proof flexible foam inside, which will prevent the ingress of moisture in the unlikely event of damage.

Monitoring buoys can be equipped with various types of monitoring instruments to monitor hydrologic parameters, water quality and meteorological parameter. Monitoring data can be transmitted through the Beidou or mobile communication network real-time back to the monitoring center on the shore.
